2024 Contribution Statements

Below is a brief explanation of the recording of parishioner’s donations which are made throughout the year.
· If you are a registered parishioner at HNJ with a parish number and use our church envelopes, we record all your donations.
· We also record contributions coming from your financial institution (s) and your contributions coming through online giving - We Share
· Contributions dropped in the collection basket without an envelope will not be included in our parish tax statement
· DP Murphy is our offertory company that send the contribution envelopes to you with an assigned envelope number. If you do not have church envelopes and would like to be registered (or any changes have been made to your address or you have moved), please contact the parish office, and church envelopes will be mailed to you.
· Contributions given for Mother’s Day, Father’s Day and All Souls are not recorded because these donations are not given to the Church (even though you make your checks payable to Holy Name of Jesus); they are given to our Pastor.
· Checks made payable to Holy Name of Jesus for raffles and fundraising are not recorded.
· Religious Education tuition is not recorded
