At this event, participants will learn about living a healthier lifestyle that leads to physical, mental and spiritual wellness. We wish to share this knowledge with the broader community, our parish, their families and our neighbors. There will be vendors as well as guest speakers and a special keynote all of whom will be focused on health and wellness.
